The founder of Webster Investment Advisors (WIA), Bob works personally with each client to determine financial needs and goals, and then individually builds their financial portfolios to meet those objectives. Bob brings more than 30 years of investment experience to this process. Prior to founding WIA, he trained and specialized in professionally managed money for leading investment firms EF Hutton & Company, and Hanifen, Imhoff, Inc., and also served as branch manager at D.E. Frey & Company and First Allied Securities, Inc.
A strong believer in continuing education and the importance of certification, Bob has achieved licensure as a General Securities Registered Representative; a CFTC Futures Representative; and as an Agent for life/health/disability/variable and fixed annuity insurance products. Additionally he is accredited as a General Securities Principal and Investment Advisor Representative, and in 1997 earned the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) from the College of Financial Planning.
A proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Bob attended the CU Boulder campus on an Evans Scholarship and while there was Director of the CU Program Council, producing concerts, films and special events including The Rolling Stones in 1981. He and his two daughters live in Boulder, Colorado, where he enjoys golfing, skiing and is nationally recognized as a leader in the game of golf. Bob is Director of the Western Golf Association, a Governor of the Colorado Golf Association, and a past Director of the University of Colorado Foundation, the Boulder Philharmonic, the CU Buff Club and the Boulder Country Club.
